摘 要:羽绒服表面有一层防水涂层,高温烘干易对防水涂层造成损伤,无法使用常规棉负载的烘干温度对其进行烘干;此外,羽绒服夹层里的羽绒材质吸水后极易凝聚成块,在烘干的降速阶段,羽绒结块中的游离水去除速度急剧下降,无法像棉负载在烘干降速阶段,依然保持较为稳定的除水速率。为解决此问题,本文对羽绒服低温烘干进行了一系列的研究,结果表明,桶内烘干温度维持在一较低温度,对羽绒服进行持续烘干,至水加热管处温度变化率稳定在一固定范围时,即可判定此时羽绒服负载烘干。There is a layer of waterproof coating on the surface of the down jacket,and it is easy to damage the waterproof coating when drying at high temperature,so it is inappropriate to dry it at the drying temperature of conventional cotton load.In addition,the eiderdown material in the down jacket is easy to condense into blocks after absorbing water.In the descending stage of drying,the water removal rate in the eiderdown blocks drops sharply,and it can’t maintain a relatively stable dewatering rate like the cotton load in the descending stage of drying.In order to solve this problem,this paper conducted a series of studies on the lowtemperature drying of the down jacket.The results showed that when the drying temperature in the washing machine was limited to a low temperature,the continuous drying of the down jacket was carried out until the temperature change rate of the water heating pipe was stable in a fixed range,the drying of the down jacket could be determined at this time.
