摘  要:对于冷凝式烘干机,烘干过程中冷凝水的流入是很关键的步骤,不仅可以加快烘干速度,提高烘干效率,还能在一定程度上降低整机温度,不至于使整机温度过高,如果烘干过程中没有通入冷凝水,会极大的影响烘干效果,导致衣物无法烘干,且整机温度过高,也会影响电器件的使用寿命。因冷凝水流量过小,普通的水位传感器很难监测到变化。因此,对于带有冷凝式烘干功能的滚筒洗衣机,如何在烘干过程中判断水龙头的开闭是一个常见的问题。本文设计了一种判断水龙头开闭的方法,通过对比进冷凝水前后一段时间内水加热管NTC的温度变化情况,从而可以判断冷凝水是否流入,进而确定水龙头是否打开。For the condensing dryer,it is a critical step to ensure that condensed water flows into the washing machine,which can not only increase the drying speed and improve the efficiency of drying,but also lower the temperature of washing machine to some extent.If there is no condensed water flowing into the washing machine during the process of drying,it will greatly affect the efficiency of drying,which prevents clothes from drying,and the temperature of washing machine will be too high,which reduces service life of electric devices.Because the flow of condensed water is too small,ordinary water level sensors are difficult to detect changes.Accordingly,to the drum washing machine with condensing drying function,it is a common problem that how to judge faucet on or off during the process of drying.This paper designs a method to judge whether the faucet is on or off.By comparing the temperature change rate of NTC of the water heating tube before and after entering the condensed water,it can judge whether the condensed water is flowing into or not and then determine whether the faucet is on or off.
