摘 要:针对喀拉通克铜镍矿球磨机存在磨矿作业质量不达标的问题,通过对矿石力学性质及原矿粒度组成进行测定分析,并利用分析结果计算钢球介质尺寸,开展不同钢球介质配比方案磨矿对比试验研究,确定推荐方案φ100:φ80:φ60:φ40=30:20:20:30为提高球磨机磨矿作业质量的较佳钢球介质配比方案。试验结果表明:该铜镍矿石容重大、硬度大、韧性高且伴有脆性矿石存在,属于难磨类型的矿石;与现场方案相比,推荐方案+0.20 mm级别产率降低了5.55个百分点,-0.15 +0.019 mm、-0.074 mm级别产率分别提高了2.75个百分点、10.68个百分点,磨矿技术效率提高了3.35个百分点。Aiming at the problem that the grinding products of the Kalatongke copper-nickel ore ball mill are not up to standard,the mechanical properties of the ore and the grain size composition of the raw ore are measured and analyzed,and the size of the steel ball medium is calculated using the analysis results.At the same time,a comparative test study of different steel ball medium schemes was carried out,and the recommended schemeφ100:Φ80:Φ60:Φ40=30:20:20:30 was finally determined as the best steel ball medium ratio scheme to improve the ball mill's grinding operation quality.The test results show that the copper-nickel ore is bulky,hard,tough,and accompanied by the presence of brittle ore.It is a type of ore that is difficult to grind.Compared with the plant scheme,the recommended scheme+0.20 mm grade yield is reduced by 5.55 percentage points.Yields of-0.15^+0.019 mm and-0.074 mm have increased by 2.75percentage points and 10.68 percentage points respectively,and the efficiency of grinding technology has increased by 3.35 percentage points.
