摘 要:废旧镀锡覆铜板富含铜、锡等稀贵金属,具有极高的资源化回收利用价值。试验中采用机械剥离预处理+化学法浸出工艺,开展了废旧镀锡覆铜板表面锡的回收及其制备二氧化锡的研究;发现浸出液浓度、液固比、温度、时间等浸出工艺参数会影响锡的浸出回收率,氧化剂H_2O_2、焙烧工艺等会影响制备二氧化锡效果。结果表明,在液固比为4 mL/g、硫酸浓度为80 mL/L、硫酸铜与镀锡铜箔质量比为1:10的工艺条件下,表面锡浸出回收率达到92.13%;按照H_2O_2与Sn^(2+)摩尔比1.5:1、温度55℃、时间30 min工艺条件制得二氧化锡前驱物Sn(OH)_4,经550℃焙烧120 min后得到半结晶态二氧化锡的纯度达到99.21%。The waste tin-coated copper plate contains metal copper and tin,which has high value of resource utilization.In the experiment,mechanical stripping pretreatment with H2SO4-CuSO4 chemical leaching process was adopted to carry out the research on the recovery of tin on the surface of waste tin-coated copper plate and the preparation of tin dioxide.It is found that sulfuric acid concentration,copper sulfate addition,liquid-solid ratio,temperature,time and other factors have an impact on the leaching rate of surface tin,and the amount of hydrogen peroxide and roasting temperature will have an impact on the yield and purity of tin dioxide.And the reasonable process conditions were determined parameters as follows:Liquid-solid ratio of 4 mL/g,the concentration of 80 mL/L sulfate,copper sulfate and tin plated copper foil quality ratio 1:10,hydrogen peroxide and divalent tin mole ratio was 1.5:1.reaction temperature of 550℃,reaction time for 30 min.After drying by precipitation,it was roasted for 120 min at 550℃in muffle furnace.Under the condition of the metal leaching rate was 92.13%,the tin tin dioxide purity of 99.21%.
