摘 要:公共建筑体量大、能耗高,推进公共建筑节能改造是建筑节能工作的重中之重。本文在分析公共建筑节能改造试点城市现状的基础上,运用专家评价法和层次分析法对11个公共建筑节能改造试点城市运行效果进行评估,提出下一步公共建筑能效提升重点城市实施效果改善的意见和建议。Public buildings are large in size and high in energy consumption,so that the promotion of energy-saving transformation of public buildings is the top priority of building energy conservation work.Based on the analysis of the status quo for the energy-saving renovation of public buildings of the pilot cities,this paper uses the expert evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the operational effects of 11 pilot cities for the energy-saving renovation of public buildings,and proposes comments and suggestions for improving the energy efficiency of public buildings in key cities.
