摘 要:新建项目供热系统在运行之初,往往会存在水力失调等问题,开展系统自源头至末端的整体核查及调试,实现系统高效稳定运行,具有重要意义。本文以天津市某小区供热系统水力平衡调试项目为例,对其水力平衡调试整体过程进行了介绍与分析,说明水力平衡调试工作对于提升供热效果、节能降耗等均具有重要意义。案例中遇到的问题及调试手段可为其他同类项目提供借鉴。At the beginning of the heating system running in a new project,there are usually problems such as hydraulic imbalance.It is of great significance to carry out the overall verification and debugging of the heating system from the source to the end,so as to achieve the efficient and stable operation of the system.This article takes the hydraulic balance debugging project of a district heating system in Tianjin as an example to introduce and analyze the whole process of hydraulic balance debugging,which shows that the hydraulic balance debugging work is of great significance for improving heating efficiency,saving energy and reducing consumption.The problems encountered in the case and debugging methods can provide reference for other similar projects.
