摘 要:针对某660MW超超临界机组低发联轴器运行中频繁发生同心度超标的问题,采用VDI 2230标准对不同工况时联轴器传递转矩的方式以及螺栓受力情况进行定量分析。计算结果表明,在设计预紧力条件下,低负荷时联轴器可以通过摩擦传递转矩,但高负荷或者异常工况时将通过剪切传递转矩,引起联轴器相对移动、同心度超标;利用ANSYS应力计算对计算结果进行了数值模拟验证。最后,提出了通过适当提高螺栓预紧力或将联轴器螺栓换型为液压拉伸螺栓改善联轴器运行稳定性。In view of the problem that the concentricity of the coupling frequently exceeds the standard in the operation of a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit,the VDI 2230 standard is used to quantitatively analyze the torque transmission mode of the coupling and the stress condition of the bolt under different working conditions.The calculation results show that the coupling can transfer torque through friction under the condition of design preload under low load,but it will transfer torque through shear under high load or abnormal condition,which will cause the relative movement and concentricity of the coupling to exceed the standard.The calculation results are verified by numerical simulation using ANSYS stress calculation.Finally,it is proposed to improve the running stability of the coupling by properly increasing the pre tightening force of the bolts or changing the coupling bolts into hydraulic tension bolts.
