摘  要:采用火焰喷涂方法制备镍包石墨可磨耗封严涂层,通过改变送粉量及粉末混合比例来制备不同硬度的涂层,并将得到的涂层与采用不同涂覆方法得到的石棉石墨涂层进行压弯对比试验。试验结果表明,相比进口粉末,国产粉末的涂层硬度随送粉量变化较缓慢;将两种硬度差异较大的国产粉末按一定比例混合可制得所需硬度的涂层且涂层与基体结合强度较好,满足使用要求。The nickel-coated graphite abradable seal coatings are prepared by flame spraying,the different hardness of coatings is adjusted by changing the powder feeding amount and powder mixing ratio,and these coatings are compared with the asbestos graphite coatings that obtained by different coating methods,to test their properties under bending.The results show that compared with the powder that imported from abroad,the hardness of domestic powder coatings changed slowly with the powder feeding amount;the coating of required hardness can be prepared by mixing two kinds of domestic powders with great difference in hardness in a certain proportion,and it has good bonding strength with the substrate and meets the requirements.
