摘 要:由于原油流动特性易发生变化以及现有实验方法的不完善,致使原油凝点测定中出现测试不准、重复性差的问题。为此,从原油流变学的角度分析原油组成、热历史、剪切历史等因素对测定结果的影响,依据本地域原油特点和实验室现有条件提出相应改进策略。通过改进预期凝点设置、原油预处理温度选择与测定方法预热温度一致、权衡脱水温度和时间等措施,弥补了实验方法的缺陷,避免了油品物性恶化的可能,在保证脱水效果的前提下,减少了轻组分挥发,从而提高了实验室原油凝点测定的准确性和有效性。Due to the easy change of crude oil flow characteristics and the imperfection of existing experimental methods,problems of inaccuracy and poor repeatability in the determination of the freezing point of crude oil occurs.In view of this problem,the influence of crude oil composition,thermal history,shear history,and other factors on the determination results is briefly analyzed from the perspective of crude oil rheology.According to the characteristics of local crude oil and the existing conditions of the laboratory,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.Through improving the setting of expected freezing point,the selection of crude oil pretreatment temperature is consistent with the preheating temperature of the measurement method,and weighing the dehydration temperature and time,the shortcomings of the experimental method are made up for,and the possibility of deterioration of oil properties is avoided.Under the premise of ensuring the dehydration effect,the volatility of light components is reduced,thus the accuracy and effectiveness of crude oil freezing point measurement in the laboratory are improved.
