摘 要:随着油田开发规模的扩大,油田生产用工需求增多与在职员工自然递减的矛盾日渐凸显,油气生产数字化建设是促进生产组织模式优化进而提高人力资源利用率、解决生产用工需求的有效方式。智能巡检机器人具备图像识别、红外热成像、声音识别、气体状态检测等功能,能够在工业环境下实现生产运行监控、数据读取、安全防护功能,并通过制图定位、导航和避障功能完成生产值守、巡检等工作。在无人值守转油站中运用智能巡检机器人进行安防、设备监护及巡检值守可以降低转油站无人值守模式下的安全运行风险,为转油站无人值守提供了技术保障。With the expansion of the scale of oilfield development,the contradiction between the increasing demand for oilfield production labor and the natural decline of on-the-job employees is increasingly prominent.Oil and gas production digital construction is an effective way to promote the optimization of production organization mode,improve the utilization rate of human resources,and solve the employment demand for production.Intelligent patrol robot is equipped with image recognition,infrared thermal imaging,sound recognition,gas state detection and other functions.It can realize production and operation monitoring,data reading and safety protection functions in industrial environment,and complete production duty and patrol inspection through mapping positioning,navigation and obstacle avoidance functions.The intelligent patrol robot is used to carry out security,equipment monitoring and patrol duty in unattended transfer stations,which can reduce the risk of safe operation in unattended mode of transfer station and provide technical guarantee for unattended transfer station.
