摘  要:榆树林油田属特低渗透油田,开发成本高,管理难度大。随着数字化建设的完善,榆树林公司将有序推进数字化油田智能化应用开发。在夯实数据、实现数据互联互通的基础上,对油藏开发、生产管理、安全环保、经营管理、综合应用研究等5个方向开展应用研究,形成全公司业务流程网络和一体化协同环境,最终建成油田开发、生产、经营管理一体化智能应用系统。公司将根据智能应用的轻重缓急、开发难度等情况综合考虑,总体规划,分期实施,最终实现数据全面和运行参数优化,通过管理转变和流程优化,建立全面感知、自动分析、自主管控、智能预测、优化决策的智能油田体系,大大降低用工成本,提高管理水平和管理效益。Yushulin Oilfield is an ultra-low permeability oilfield with high development cost and big management difficulty.With the improvement of digital construction,Yushulin Company will promote the intelligent application and development of digital oilfield in an orderly manner.On the basis of consolidating data and realizing data interconnection,application research is carried out in five directions,namely reservoir development,production management,safety and environmental protection,operation management,and comprehensive application research,so as to form the business process network and integrated collaborative environment of the whole company,and finally the integrated intelligent application system of oilfield development,production,operation,and management is established.The company will comprehensively consider the priority and difficulty of intelligent application,and make overall planning and implementation by stages.It can realize the comprehensive data and optimization of operation parameters.Through management change and process optimization,an intelligent oilfield system with comprehensive perception,automatic analysis,independent management and control,intelligent prediction,and optimized decision-making is established,which greatly reduces labor costs and improves management level and efficiency.
