小儿腹腔镜腹股沟斜疝术喉罩与气管插管麻醉比较

摘　　要：目的:比较小儿腹腔镜腹股沟斜疝手术中喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉的优劣。方法:将患者分为观察组与对照组进行研究,每组各40例患者,观察组患者采用喉罩麻醉方式,对照组患者采用气管插管麻醉方式,比较两组患者数据上的差异。结果:观察组患者在T2、T3、T4、T5的心率与T1比较都不存在差异,对照组在T2与T5时间上的心率与T1存在差异;观察组与对照组在气道峰压以及气道密闭压上在T2到T4各时间点比较都存在差异。结论:气管插管麻醉易导致患儿心率血压不稳,喉罩麻醉的患儿更舒适,值得临床推广。Objective:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in children laparoscopic inguinal indirect hernia surgery.Methods:the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group for study,40 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with laryngeal mask anesthesia,while the patients in the control group were treated with endotracheal intubation anesthesia.Results:there was no difference in heart rate between the observation group and T1 in T2,T3,T4 and T5,while there was difference between the control group and T1 in time between T2 and T5.There were differences between the observation group and the control group in peak airway pressure and airtight airway pressure from T2 to T4.Conclusion:endotracheal intubation anesthesia can easily lead to instability of heart rate and blood pressure in children,and laryngeal mask anesthesia is more comfortable for children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
