少腹逐瘀汤及艾灸联合地屈孕酮对青春期痛经的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨寒凝血瘀证青春期痛经患者采用少腹逐瘀汤、艾灸、地屈孕酮片联合治疗的疗效。方法:80例寒凝血瘀证青春期痛经患者分为分析组(40例)、对照组(40例),分析组患者采用少腹逐瘀汤、艾灸、地屈孕酮片联合治疗,对照组患者采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。治疗3个疗程,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:分析组患者总有效率明显优于对照组,且分析组平均行经时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、血清性激素各项指标均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对寒凝血瘀证青春期痛经患者给予艾灸、少腹逐瘀汤、地屈孕酮片联合治疗能充分发挥中西医结合治疗优势,双管齐下、标本兼治,可以有效减轻患者痛经症状,疗效显著。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,Moxibustion and Diqu progesterone tablets in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in adolescence with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:80 cases of puberty dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were divided into analysis group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The analysis group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,moxibustion and diqu progesterone tablets,and the control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsule.After treating 3 courses,clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the analysis group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the average menstrual time,pain visual simulation score(VAS score)and serum sex hormone indexes in the analysis group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and Diqu progesterone tablets can give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
