摘　　要：本文介绍了320啮合型密炼机主机改造为剪切型主机的项目背景、可行性分析、实施方案的确定以及置换准备和实施情况。着重介绍了主机改造具体方案的实施细节,以期对橡胶混炼胶行业起到积极的借鉴意义。This article introduces the project background,feasibility analysis,implementation plan determination,replacement preparation and implementation of the 320 meshing mixer being transformed into a shearing main engine.It focuses on the implementation details of the main engine transformation plan,hoping to play a positive reference to the rubber industry.
