摘  要:为提高青年男性上半身服装的合体度及舒适性,以210名18~25岁青年男性的三维人体测量数据为研究对象,筛选出28个上半身相关变量,使用SPSS软件进行数据分析。首先,利用因子分析提取出7个最能反映青年男性上半身形态的公共因子,即围度宽度因子、曲线因子、长度因子、上半身比例因子、肩部形态因子、袖长形态因子和胸腰差因子。然后,计算各因子的权重,选取胸宽、肚胸凸差和身高3个特征指标,运用方差分析和K-means聚类分析,将该组青年男性上半身样本分为矮瘦圆台型、矮胖圆台型、高胖圆台型和高瘦圆台型4类,各体型占比分别为24.62%、23.62%、21.61%和30.15%。其中,高瘦圆台型占比最多,高胖圆台型占比最少。该研究结果为企业进行男性上半身服装结构设计提供了有价值的参考。In order to improve the fitness and comfort of young men′s the upper body clothing,using three-dimensional body measurement data from 210 young men aged 18~25 years as study objects,28 upper body related variables were selected and analyzed by using SPSS software.First,factor analysis is used to extract 7 common factors that can best reflect the shape of the upper body of young men,namely girth width factor,curve factor,length factor,upper body scale factor,shoulder shape factor,sleeve length shape factor and thoracolumbar difference factor.And then,by calculating the weights of each factor,three characteristic indices are selected:chest width,belly convexity and height.Using ANOVA analysis and K-means clustering analysis,this group of young men′s the upper body samples can be divided into 4 types:short and thin round table,short and fat round table,tall and fat round table and tall and thin round table.The proportion of each body type was 24.62%,23.62%,21.61%and 30.15%,respectively Among them,the tall and thin round table type accounts for the most,while the tall and fat round table type accounts for the least.The research results provide valuable reference for men′s upper body structural design for enterprises.
