摘 要:高通量卫星技术是实现低轨星间高速通信与组网的重要技术手段,太赫兹通信技术作为实现星间高速大容量传输的一项关键技术,已成为当前国内外研究热点。在介绍了太赫兹通信技术国内外发展现状、分析了低轨星间太赫兹通信的技术需求和特点之后,给出了一种用于低轨卫星的太赫兹星间通信总体设计方案,并对集成化太赫兹射频前端、高增益太赫兹天线、高速调制解调等关键技术进行了分析与总结。最后归纳出太赫兹通信技术在国内低轨宽带卫星网络中发挥重要作用,也将为6G地面移动通信提供技术保障。High-throughput satellite technology is an important technical approach to realize high-speed communication and networking between LEO(Low Earth Orbit)satellites.Terahertz communication technology,as a key technology to realize high-speed and large capacity transmission between satellites,has become a research hot-spot at home and abroad.After introducing the development of terahertz communication technology,and analyzing technical requirement and characteristics of LEO inter-satellite terahertz communication,this paper presents an overall design of terahertz inter-satellite communication for LEO satellites,analyzes and summarizes key technologies,including integrated terahertz RF front-end,high gain terahertz antenna,high-speed modulation and demodulation.Finally,it can be concluded that terahertz communication technology can play an important role in the LEO broadband satellite network in China,and also provide technical support for 6G ground mobile communication.
