农产品物流企业绿色物流关键影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：[目的]乡村振兴战略的实施,加速产生了规模巨大的农产品物流量。随着需求侧对绿色、低碳及质量安全农产品需求越来越多。作为农产品物流运作主体的农产品物流企业需积极加快战略转型,推进绿色物流。文章实证分析了影响农产品物流企业推进绿色发展的关键因素,以期对企业绿色物流发展有具有参考价值。[方法]该文运用SWOT-DEMATEL方法,识别影响企业绿色物流的关键影响因素。首先,运用SWOT分析方法,建立农产品物流企业绿色物流的影响因素指标体系;其次,运用DEMATEL方法识别出影响因素中的关键影响因素。[结果]研究表明,在政府、企业和环境3个影响层面,政府推动农产品物流企业绿色物流的影响度最大,农产品企业物流运作流程的绿色化是企业绿色物流最关键的影响因素。[结论]农产品物流企业绿色物流的3点对策建议:(1)完善农产品绿色物流的制度设计,强化对农产品物流企业的制度保障。(2)增强农产品物流企业的主体能力,提升绿色物流的实施效果。(3)加快农产品绿色物流技术创新,提高企业绿色物流的内驱力。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy accelerate the production of large-scale agricultural products.As the demand side of green,low-carbon and quality and safety of agricultural products demand more and more,agricultural product logistics enterprises need to actively accelerate strategic transformation and promote green logistics.This paper empirically analyzes the key factors affecting the promotion of green development of agricultural products logistics enterprises,so as to have reference value for the development of green logistics of enterprises.The SWOT-DEMATEL method was used to identify key influencing factors affecting corporate green logistics.Firstly,the SWOT analysis method was used to establish the influencing factor index system of agricultural logistics enterprise green logistics.Secondly,the DEMATEL method was used to identify the key influencing factors.The research showed that at the three levels of influence of government,enterprises and environment,the government had the greatest influence on promoting the green logistics of agricultural logistics enterprises.The greening of the logistics operation process of agricultural products enterprises was the most important factor affecting the green logistics of enterprises.Three countermeasures for green logistics of agricultural product logistics enterprises are showed as follows.(1)Improving the system design of green logistics of agricultural products and strengthen the institutional guarantee for agricultural logistics enterprises.(2)Enhancing the main capacity of agricultural product logistics enterprises and enhance the implementation effect of green logistics.(3)Accelerating the technological innovation of green logistics of agricultural products and improve the internal driving force of green logistics of enterprises.
