摘 要:Ju2000E自升式钻井平台的桩腿K型节点由于焊接结构复杂,各构件采用高强度大厚板,焊缝多且不规则,焊接残余应力分布复杂,对其评估非常困难,焊接残余应力表面测量配合应力计算是最有效的方法。采用一系列的高效计算方法实现桩腿K型节点焊接残余应力的高效计算,并通过X衍射法和小孔法验证计算的可靠性,同时通过计算机模拟软件建立的三维实体模型分析该结构的应力分布特征。计算结果表明,整个模拟件各方向的峰值拉应力出现在半圆板焊接区域表层,特别是焊趾位置呈现较大的应力集中,而焊缝材料和支撑管的屈服强度相对半圆板材料屈服强度低,故焊缝区域的各方向拉应力幅值稍低于半圆板焊接区域;整个模拟件各焊缝区域从外到内部的等效应力呈现300 MPa^600 MPa的较大应力,靠近半圆板的焊趾位置出现较大应力集中,等效应力达到600 MPa以上。Due to the complicated welding structure, the K-type joints of the pile legs of the jack-up drilling platform are made of high-strength large thick plates. The welds are of great amount and irregular, and the distribution of welding residual stress is complicated. It is very difficult to evaluate the welding residual stress. The welding residual stress surface measurement and the stress calculation are the most effective methods. The paper uses a series of efficient calculation methods to achieve the efficient calculation of the welding residual stress of the K-type joint of the pile leg, and verifies the calculation reliability by the X-ray diffraction method(XDM) and the hole drilling method(HD). At the same time, the stress distribution characteristics of the structure were analyzed by the three-dimensional solid model established by computer simulation software. The calculation results show that the peak tensile stress in all directions of the whole simulation part appears on the surface of the welding area of the semicircular plate, especially the position of the welding toe shows a large stress concentration, and the yield strength of the weld material and the support tube is lower than that of the semicircular plate material. Therefore, the tensile stress amplitude in each direction of the weld area is slightly lower than that of the semi-circular plate;the equivalent stress from the outside to the interior of the weld area of the entire simulation shows a large stress of 300 MPa to 600 MPa, close to the semi-circular plate. A large stress concentration occurs at the welding toe position, and the equivalent stress reaches more than 600 MPa.
