摘  要:选取二维氧化石墨烯、一维羧基化碳纳米管、零维碳纳米颗粒和碳点作为水润滑添加剂,研究了碳纳米材料对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)自配副水润滑性能的影响,探讨了碳纳米材料维度与尺寸的作用机制.结果表明:去离子水润滑剂中添加一定量不同维度与尺寸的碳纳米材料可以有效抑制PTFE摩擦副的滑移和解脱,且不同碳纳米材料因性能和形貌结构的差异展现出不同程度的作用效果.其中片层状氧化石墨烯可以在摩擦副表面形成连续且相对致密的润滑膜,较其他碳纳米材料展现出更优异的润滑性能;由于黏附作用,基于纳米轴承作用机理的碳纳米管、碳纳米颗粒和碳点难以发挥其减摩作用,反而由于黏附层的磨粒作用和强层间作用,使润滑体系的摩擦系数升高.The tribological performances of two-dimensional graphene oxide(GO),one-dimensional carbon nanotubes(CNTs),zerodimensional carbon nanoparticles(CNPs)and zero-dimensional carbon dots(CDs)as additives for water-lubricated PTFE/PTFE contacts are investigated,and the effects of dimensions and size on the tribological behavior carbon nano-additives are investigated systematically.The results show that the introduction of carbon nano-additives into water could inhibit slippage and stress crack of PTFE by form of the adhesive layer,but have different influence degree to the tribological actions due to the difference in properties and dimensions.Among all of carbon nano-additive,multilayer GO can be adsorbed and form a compact protective film on the surface of PTFE showing the most excellent tribological performance.CNTs,CNPs and CDs which usually show effect in frictionreducing based on nano-bearing effects,however,an adhesive layer which no slip and shear is observed form when friction occurs and cause undesirable abrasive wear.
