摘 要:阐述了偏光显微镜偏光构造及测试原理,介绍了天然纤维、再生纤维素纤维、化学纤维在偏光显微镜下的形态特征,比较了偏光显微镜纤维定性与常规纤维定性方法。研究认为:利用纤维在偏光显微镜下呈现的特征干涉色,可实现纤维全过程物理方法快速定性;若再加以计算机图像处理技术的辅助应用,还可以实现高精度、高效率的纤维含量定性以及部分定量的检测。The polarizing structure and measuring principle of polarized light microscope were briefly elaborated.The morphological characteristics of natural fiber,regenerated cellulose fiber and chemical fiber under polarized light microscope were introduced.The method for fiber qualitative with polarized light microscope and conventional methods were compared.The results showed that taking use of the characteristic interference color of the fiber un⁃der polarized light microscope,fiber qualitative could be finished rapidly.With the help of computer image process⁃ing technology,high precision and high efficiency fiber content qualitative and partial quantitative detection could also be realized.
