摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对税收工作作出一系列重要论述,为高质量推进新时代税收现代化提供了根本指引。本文以贯彻落实习近平总书记关于税收工作重要论述为出发点和落脚点,致力于研究以数字税务为驱动,优化税收营商环境、转变税收管理服务方式、推进税收治理体系和治理能力现代化,提出了新时代数字税务建设的目标、主要任务和实现路径。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important discussions on tax work,which has provided fundamental guidance for highquality promotion of tax modernization in the new era.Based on the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important specification on tax work,this paper studies the optimization of tax business environment,the transformation of the mode of tax administration and tax service and the promotion of the modernization of tax governance system and tax governance capability.The paper puts forward the target,the main task and the implementation path for the construction of digital tax in the new era.
