摘　　要：目的分析2014-2018年南阳市卧龙区艾滋病流行特征,为制定艾滋病防控策略提供科学依据。方法对"中国艾滋病综合防治信息系统"中2014年1月1日-2018年12月31日卧龙区报告的人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV感染者/AIDS患者)病例及哨点资料进行统计分析。结果南阳市卧龙区2014—2018年累计发现HIV感染者/AIDS患者396例,男女比例为5.09∶1;20~49岁年龄组占66.92%;50岁以上年龄组占27.78%;初中以下文化程度占59.34%,396例HIV感染者/AIDS患者中有43.69%在医疗机构就诊时被发现;男男同性性传播成为重要传播途径并呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论南阳市卧龙区艾滋病流行形势严峻,HIV感染有向普通人群扩散的趋势,应加强主动检测,减少二代传播。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS)in Wolong District of Nanyang City from 2014 to 2018,provide scientific basis for formulating AIDS prevention and control strategies.Methods The HIV/AIDS cases in Wolong District from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 reported by the Information system for integrated prevention and control of AIDS in China and sentinel information were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 396 cases of HIV/AIDS were found in Wolong District of Nanyang City from 2014 to 2018,with a male to female ratio of 5.09∶1.Cases in the age group of 20-49 accounted for 66.92%,while cases in the age group of 50 and over accounted for 27.78%.Cases with education level below junior high school accounted for 59.34%.43.69%of 396 HIV/AIDS cases were found at the time of consultation at a medical institution.Sexual transmission between men and men has become an important way of transmission and it was increasing year by year(P<0.05).Conclusion The epidemic situation of AIDS in Wolong District of Nanyang City is severe,and HIV infection is spreading to the general population.Active detection should be strengthened to reduce second-generation transmission.
