摘　　要：目的评估茂名市限制活禽经营对降低市场外环境禽流感病毒污染效果,为禽流感防控工作提供参考。方法 2016—2019年,在活禽经营限制区和非限制区各选择1所农贸市场每月采集5~15份外环境标本,采用荧光定量PCR检测A型、H5、H7、H9流感病毒核酸。结果限制区标本阳性率(15.01%)低于非限制区(20.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.437,P<0.05)。不同类型标本检测结果显示,限制区污水标本阳性率(9.48%)低于非限制区(23.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.376,P<0.01)。两类市场中H5、H7、H9、混合及未分型亚型均有检出。结论限制活禽交易可以有效降低市场禽流感病毒污染水平,但仍需严格落实集中屠宰、冷链配送、生鲜上市措施。Objective To evaluate the effect of restricting live poultry operations on reducing the avian influenza virus pollution in external environment of the market in Maoming City,and provide a reference for the prevention and control of avian influenza.Methods From 2016 to 2019,choose one agricultural market in the restricted and unrestricted areas of live poultry operations to collect 5-15 external environmental specimens each month,and the nucleic acidof influenza A,H5,H7,and H9 viruses were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results The positive rate of specimens in the restricted area(15.01%)was lower than that in the non-restricted area(20.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.437,P<0.05).The detection results of different types of specimens showed that the positive rate of sewage samples in the restricted area(9.48%)was lower than that in the non-restricted area(23.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.376,P<0.01).H5,H7,H9 mixed and untyped subtypes were detected in the two types of markets.Conclusion Restricting live poultry trading can effectively reduce the level of avian influenza virus pollution in the market,but it is still necessary to strictly implement the measures of centralized slaughter,cold chain distribution and fresh listing.
