摘　　要：目的探讨女性阴道壁人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及阴道壁与宫颈HPV感染相关性分析。方法采用横断面研究,对355例入组女性同时采集宫颈和阴道壁脱落细胞进行HPV分型检测,并分析两部位间型别差异。结果355例患者中,阴道壁总的HPV、高危型HPV及低危型HPV检出例数依次为156例、133例和47例,阳性检出率分别为43.94%、37.46%和13.24%;宫颈部位HPV检出例数依次为153例、135例和46例,阳性检出率为43.10%、38.03%和12.96%,两部位相比各检出率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫颈和阴道壁HPV检测结果相同的277例(78.03%),检测结果不相同的78例(21.97%);宫颈和阴道壁最常见亚型均为HPV高危型51、58和16型,低危型以6、11和CP 8304;宫颈和阴道壁多重感染率分别为17.75%(63例)和16.62%(59例),两部位相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道壁HPV感染率较高,且宫颈和阴道壁检测结果具有一致性,在临床工作中应关注宫颈HPV感染状况,也应多关注阴道壁HPV感染情况。Objective To investigate the vaginal human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and compare the correlation of HPV prevalence between vagina and cervix.Methods A cross-sectional method was used to analyze the differences between the two sites in HPV prevalence by the determined HPV genotypes in 355 women to collect exfoliated cells of the vagina and cervix.Results Among the 355 patients,the cases of HPV-positive detected in the vagina and cervix were 156 and 153,and the positive detection rate were 43.94%and 43.10%.In addition,the prevalence rates of high-risk HPV were 37.45%and 38.03%,while the prevalence rates of low-risk HPV were 13.24%and 12.96%.There was no significant difference between the two sites in HPV prevalence rate(P>0.05).There were 277 cases(78.03%)with identical HPV test results in vagina and cervix,and 78 cases(21.97%)with different test results.The most common genotypes of high-risk among both sites were type 51,58 and 16,while the common genotypes of low-risk type were type 6,11 and CP8304.The infection rates of two or more HPV genotypes were roughly the same in vagina and cervix(17.75%vs.16.62%,P>0.05).Conclusion There is a high HPV infection rate in vagina and the consistent test results of cervix and vagina.It is suggested that we should pay more attention to the HPV infection of cervix,as well as that of vagina in clinical work.
