摘 要:不等跨独塔双索面斜拉桥的结构受力复杂,钢箱梁结构形式多具非静定特征,其施工控制具有较大难度。为保证桥梁的成桥状态符合设计要求,该文对其施工控制措施及控制效果进行了综合研究。实例分析表明:桥梁施工过程中的控制措施具有针对性,遵循动态监测、信息化施工的原则;同时,通过监测成果与计算结果的对比分析,得出主桥标高实测值与计算值之间的差值最大为6mm,轴线偏离位移最大值为9mm,主塔偏位误差最大为8.3mm,均满足精度控制要求。The force of the structure of double cable planes cable-stayed bridge with unequal spans and single tower is complicated, and many structural forms of steel box girder has non-statically determinate characteristics, so its construction control is very difficult. In order to ensure that the completed state of the bridge meets the design requirements, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the construction control measures and control effect. The example analysis shows that the control measures in the process of bridge construction have pertinence, and follow the principles of dynamic monitoring and information construction. At the same time, through the comparative analysis of the monitoring results and calculation results, it concludes that the maximum difference between the measured and calculated values of the elevation of main bridge is 6 mm, the maximum value of axis deviation displacement is 9 mm, and the maximum deviation error of the main tower is 8.3 mm, which all meet the requirements of accuracy control.
