摘  要:为了满足民用航空及军用航空领域光通信数字信号处理的使用需求,展开了航空传输系统用耐高温带状光缆的研制。阐述了该带状光缆的结构设计、材料选择、工艺设定和性能试验的内容。该带状光缆在满足基本光性能的基础上,还具有尺寸小、重量轻、机械性能可靠、环境性能优良等特点,适应于机载设备光通信系统的传输链路,也可应用于其他狭窄敷设环境、工作温度范围较宽、需要轻量化和高密度布放的光传输系统。In order to meet the requirements of digital signal processing in optical communication in the field of civil aviation and military aviation,the development of high temperature resistant ribbon optical cable for aviation transmission system is carried out.The structure design,material selection,technology control and.performance testing are described.On the basis of meeting the basic optical performance,the ribbon optical cable also has the characteristics of small size,light weight,reliable mechanical performance and excellent environmental performance.The ribbon optical cable is suitable for the transmission link of the optical communication system of airborne equipment,as well as other optical transmission systems with narrow laying environment,wide operating temperature range and requiring lightweight and high-density distribution.
