摘 要:为了避免信号传输受到干扰,编织屏蔽同轴射频电缆必须提高屏蔽性能,尤其是转移阻抗。编织屏蔽同轴射频电缆的转移阻抗与电缆采用的编织屏蔽工艺参数、编织屏蔽材料和编织屏蔽结构密切相关。以RG6编织屏蔽同轴射频电缆为研究对象,采用IEC 62153-4-3标准中三同轴法进行实际测试验证,研究结果发现仅改变编织屏蔽工艺参数很难提升电缆转移阻抗的等级,而改变编织屏蔽材料或结构可使电缆的屏蔽等级更高,但从性价比方面考虑,改变编织屏蔽结构的性价比更高,这在实际工作中对该类电缆的设计具有重要的指导意义。In order to avoid the interference of signal transmission,the braiding shielded RF coaxial cable must improve the shielding performance,especially the transfer impedance.The transfer impedance of the braiding shielded RF coaxial cable is closely related to the braided shielding process parameters,braided shielding materials and braided shielding structure.Taking RG6 braiding shielded RF coaxial cable as the research object,the triaxial method in IEC 62153-4-3 standard is used for practical test and verification.The research results show that it is difficult to improve the level of cable transfer impedance only by changing the braided shielding process parameters,while changing the braided shielding material or structure can improve the level of cable shielding,but considering the cost performance,the cost performance of changing the braided shielding structure is higher.This is of great significance to the design of this kind of cable in practical work.
