摘　　要：目的评价甘草酸单铵半胱氨酸氯化钠注射液改善病毒性肝炎患者肝功能异常的经济学。方法以中国医疗系统为研究角度,采用回顾性试验设计,收集甘草酸单铵半胱氨酸氯化钠注射液(观察组)和异甘草酸镁注射液(对照组)的疗效和成本,采用倾向性评分匹配消除混杂因素,并在此基础上进行药物经济学评价。结果两组治疗3 d、5 d、≥7 d的显效率和有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当观察组药物价格为135元/100 ml时,对照组成本显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。敏感性分析显示,当观察组药物价格为97.2元/100 ml时,两组成本比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当其价格为40元/100ml时,观察组成本显著低于对照组成本(P<0.05)。结论协议价下的甘草酸单铵半胱氨酸氯化钠注射液是一种安全、有效、经济的治疗病毒性肝炎患者肝功能异常的降酶护肝药物。Objective To explore an economic evaluation of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate and Cysteine and Sodium Chloride Injection for improving liver dysfunction in patients with viral hepatitis. Methods From the perspective of the Chinese health care system, a retrospective study was designed to collect the benefits and costs of Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate and cysteine sodium chloride injection(study group) and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection(control group). Propensity score matching was used to eliminate confounding factors, and pharmacoeconomic evaluation was carried out on this basis. Results There were no differences in the obvious efficiency rate and efficiency rate between 2 groups, including 3 d, 5 d and ≥7 d. When the price of drugs was 135 Yuan/100 ml, the cost of the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group. Sensitivity analyses indicated that when the price of the drug was 97.2 Yuan/100 ml, there was no significant difference in the cost between the 2 groups(P=0.067);when the price was 40 Yuan/100 ml, the cost of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion At the protocol price, Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate and Cysteine and Sodium Chloride injection is a safe, effective and economical enzyme-reducing and liver-protecting drugs for treating abnormal liver function in patients with viral hepatitis.
