沥青基防水卷材专用水性环保型基层处理剂的研制

摘　　要：作为防水卷材和施工基层的中间层,基层处理剂能起到连接防水卷材和施工基层的桥梁作用,对基层处理剂的一般要求是具有优异的基层渗透性、与防水卷材粘结牢固和环保无味无毒。本文研究了胶乳添加量、固体含量、单位面积涂布量等因素对产品性能的影响,总结出最佳的生产施工方案。As the interlayer of waterproofing membrane and substrate,substrate treating agent can work as a bridge for connecting waterproofing membrane and construction substrate.It has the characteristics of excellent substrate permeability,strong bonding property with waterproofing membrane,environment friendly,nontoxic and odorless.The article studies the influences of latex adding amount,solid content and applied quantity per square meter etc.on the performances of the product,and summarizes the optimal manufacture and construction plans.
