摘  要:矿井通风是煤矿安全开采基本保证,确保矿井通风系统高效、最优化是确保安全生产的通风管理重要任务,本文以梁宝寺煤矿通风系统为研究对象,采用了理论分析与Ventsim软件网络解算的综合研究方法,进行了通风阻力的测定、通风优化方案的提出及优选、通风网络解算以及最优通风方案的确定等研究。依据通风系统现状所存在的问题,提出了两个优化方案,从各方案的技术、安全和经济角度进行了详细论述和对比,通过系统分析研究得到更优方案进行改造,改造后通风阻力降低,进、用、回风巷及各个用风地点风量充足且未出现风速超限情况,并且节省了煤矿企业的成本开支,提升了矿井通风的稳定性。Mine ventilation is the basic guarantee for coal mine safety mining.Ensuring efficient and optimized mine ventilation system is an important task to ensure safe production of ventilation management.This paper takes Liangbaosi Coal Mine Ventilation System as the research object,using theoretical analysis and Ventsim software network solution.Comprehensive research methods were carried out,such as the measurement of ventilation resistance,the proposal and optimization of ventilation optimization scheme,the calculation of ventilation network and the determination of optimal ventilation scheme.According to the problems in the current status of the ventilation system,two optimization schemes are proposed,which are discussed and compared in detail from the technical,safety and economic perspectives of each scheme,and a better scheme is obtained through system analysis and research.The ventilation resistance is reduced after the transformation.The intake,use,return air lanes and various air use locations have sufficient air volume and no wind speed exceeds the limit,and saves the cost of coal mine enterprises and improves the stability of mine ventilation.
