摘 要:为研究影响弱胶结软岩巷道围岩稳定性的因素,以宁夏榆树井煤矿11801工作面顺槽为工程背景,采用FLAC3D程序,对弹性模量、内摩擦角、粘聚力、地应力、侧压系数及支护阻力对围岩位移的影响规律进行数值模拟。研究表明:弹性模量和粘聚力的变化对巷道围岩变形量的改变有显著的影响,而内摩擦角的影响与前两者相比较小,且一定范围内,弹性模量和粘聚力的变化对巷道顶底板收敛量的影响大于对两帮收敛量的影响,而内摩擦角的变化致使巷道四周围岩变形非对称的特征不明显;垂直应力和侧压系数的改变对顶底板围岩位移量的影响较大,对两帮的影响相对较小,侧压系数的大小是影响围岩变形的关键;较高的支护阻力能够迅速降低围岩的变形量,尤其是顶底板的位移量。研究成果可为巷道支护设计,围岩控制等工程实践提供依据。In order to study the influencing factors of the stability of the surrounding rock of the weak cemented soft rock roadway,taking the 11801 working face of Ningxia Yushujing Coal Mine as an example,based on FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the influence laws of the modulus of elasticity,internal friction angle,cohesive force,crustal stress,the side pressure coefficient and support resistance on the stability of surrounding rock are explored.Research shows that changes in elastic modulus and cohesion have a significant impact on the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,while the influence of the internal friction angle is smaller than the former two,and within a certain range,the impact of the changes in elastic modulus and cohesion on the convergence of the roof and floor of the roadway is greater than that on the convergence of the two sides,and the change of the internal friction angle makes the asymmetric characteristics of the rock deformation around the roadway insignificant;the changes in vertical stress and lateral pressure coefficient greatly affect the displacement of the surrounding rock of the roof and floor,while its impact on the two sides is relatively small.The magnitude of the lateral pressure coefficient is the key to the deformation of the surrounding rock;higher support resistance can quickly reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock,especially the displacement of the roof and floor.The research results can provide a basis for engineering practice such as roadway support design and surrounding rock control.
