摘 要:为研究急斜特厚煤层综放开采顶板的运移规律,以乌鲁木齐乌东煤矿北采区45号特厚煤层为研究对象,通过物理相似模拟、数值模拟以及理论分析的方法进行研究。研究结果表明:急斜特厚煤层水平分段综放开采时,采空区顶板在倾斜方向的不同层位上表现出不同的运移特征;顶板从空间上依次可分为挤压失稳区、滑移失稳区、回转失稳区;获得挤压失稳区顶板的变形挠曲函数,滑移失稳区顶板失稳的必要条件以及回转失稳区顶板发生二次断裂的位置;最后提出了对顶板实施井下与地表相结合的弱化方案并进行了优化。揭示了采空区顶板随着工作面的推进,顶板将在空间上产生"挤压-滑移-回转"有规律的交替运动。研究结果可为采空区顶板的治理以及巷道围岩稳定性控制提供参考。In order to study the movement law of roof in fully mechanized top coal caving mining in extremely steep and thick coal seams,a case study was performed at the coal seam at No.45 in the northern mining area of Wudong Coal Mine in Urumuqi using physical similarity simulation,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The results show that when fully mechanized top coal caving mining is applied in a horizontal section of extremely steep and thick coal seams,the gob roof has different migration characteristics in different directions of inclined direction.The roof can be divided into extrusion instability zone,slip instability zone and rotational instability zone.The deformation deflection function of the roof in the extrusion instability zone was obtained,and the necessary condition for the roof instability in the slip instability zone and the location of the secondary fracture in the roof in the rotating instability zone are obtained.A deep hole blasting method was proposed for both in the pit and on the ground surface for steep and heavy thick coal seam.It was revealed that the roof of the goaf will move alternately with"extrusionslip-rotation"in the space along with the advancing of the working face.The research result provides basis for the control of goaf roof and stability control of roadway surrounding rock.
