摘　　要：在我国农村当前的支付环境下,助农取款业务仍有存在的必要。近年来,助农取款业务面临着外部竞争和内部低效等制约其可持续发展的问题。本文基于江西省若干服务点的现实案例,立足实际需求,从微观角度分析了助农取款业务的现实处境和发力方向,并对推动业务发展提出了相关建议。In recent years, the rural withdrawal service faces problems of external competition and internal inefficiency, which restrict its sustainable development. However, under the current payment environment in rural China, the service is still necessary. Based on the practical cases of several service points and the actual needs in rural area, this paper analyzes the actual situation of the service from a micro perspective, and provides relevant suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of the service.
