摘 要:本次实验以绿萝为试材,采用无土栽培的方法,用浓硫酸—过氧化氢法对绿萝叶片样品进行消解,纳氏比色法对样品中的总氮质量分数进行测定,探讨了稀土铈对绿萝生长和对其体内总氮吸收能力的影响。研究表明,在稀土铈质量浓度一定时,适当的尿素质量浓度能促进绿萝对总氮的吸收。当尿素质量浓度一定时,稀土铈能促进绿萝对溶液中氮的吸收,而且施加适量质量浓度的稀土铈对总氮在绿萝体内的富集有很大的影响。In this experiment,taking Scindapsus aureum as test materials,the author uses soil-less cultivation methods,concentrates sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide to digest Scindapsus aureum leaf samples,determines the mass fraction of total nitrogen by Nessler's reagent colorimetric method,discuss the influence of rare earth cerium on the Scindapsus aureum's growth and absorption capacity of total nitrogen in vivo.The research results showed that when the mass concentration of rare earth cerium is constant,the appropriate mass concentration of urea could promote the absorption of Scindapsus aureum to total nitrogen;when the mass concentration of urea is constant,rare earth cerium can promote the absorption of Scindapsus aureum to nitrogen in the solution,and the mass concentration of rare earth cerium has a great influence on the accumulation of total nitrogen in vivo.
