摘  要:应用苹果皮上分离的黏性红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)WP3进行类胡萝卜素的合成。首先进行单因素试验,接着进行方差分析得到显著性因素:果糖质量浓度、酵母粉质量浓度、初始pH值;然后应用响应面法进一步优化类胡萝卜素生产,得到回归模型和最优工艺参数;最后以最优参数发酵得到的实际类胡萝卜素产量与预测值比较,证实所得回归模型可信度高。Synthesis of Carotenoid by Rhodotorula mucilaginosa WP3 isolated from apple peel was studied.First of all,single factor test was carried out,and then variance analysis was carried out to obtain significant factors:fructose mass concentration,yeast mass concentration,initial pH value.Then,response surface methodology(RSM)was applied to optimize the production of Carotenoid,and the regression model and the optimal process parameters were obtained.Finally,the actual Carotenoid yield obtained by the optimal fermentation parameters was compared with the predicted value,which confirmed that the regression model was reliable.
