摘  要:采用FTIR和XPS分析方法,研究了白云鄂博稀土矿物氟碳铈矿和独居石与苯羟肟酸LF-8作用的光谱学性质,揭示稀土矿物与捕收剂LF-8的作用机理。研究结果显示,捕收剂LF-8与氟碳铈矿作用后,红外光谱可见—CH2—反对称伸缩和对称伸缩峰及肟N—O键伸缩振动峰。XPS分析结果表明,分子态羟肟酸R—CO—NH—OH与氟碳铈矿物理吸附产生的峰位于406.63 eV,R—CO—NH—O—离子与氟碳铈矿化学吸附的峰位于399.43 eV。捕收剂LF-8与独居石作用后,红外光谱也出现—CH2—的反对称伸缩和对称伸缩峰,XPS分析结果显示,Ce3d结合能的化学位移为负值,说明Ce价电子壳层中的电子云密度增加,即铈的空价轨道获得电子或与其它原子共有某些电子。分析认为在羟肟集团的氧原子作为键合原子提供电子与RE螯合成稳定的五元环螯合物。上述研究结果表明捕收剂LF-8对氟碳铈矿、独居石的吸附是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的结果。The spectroscopic properties of rare earth minerals bastnaesite and monazite from Baiyunobo with benzohydroxamic acid LF-8 were investigated by means of Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)in this paper,to reveal the interaction mechanism between rare earth minerals and collector of hydroxamic acid(LF-8).FTIR revealed that symmetric stretching vibration and antisymmetric stretching vibration peak of the bond—CH2—appeared,at the same time the stretching vibration peak of the bond N—O was formed on the surface of bastnaesite treated with hydroxamate.XPS analysis showed that the peak of physical adsorption of hydroxamic acid R—CO—NH—OH on bastnaesite was located at 406.63 eV,while the peak of chemical adsorption of R—CO—NH—O—on bastnaesite was located at 399.43 eV.There were also symmetric stretching vibration and antisymmetric stretching vibration peaks of the bond—CH2—appeared on the surface of monazite treated with hydroxamate.The results showed that chemical shift of binding energy of Ce3 d was negative,that is,the valence shell electron density of cerium increased,the empty valence orbital was filled by electrons or shared electrons with other atoms.Analyses showed that oxygen atom of hydroxamic group was provided as bonding atoms to form stable five-membered chelate with RE on the mineral surface.It may be concluded that principle reactions between rare earth minerals and collector of naphthyl hydroxamic acid(LF-8)are physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
