摘 要:目的及时、准确掌握郴州市8~10岁儿童碘营养水平,为精准防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法 2018-2019年按照《湖南省碘缺乏病监测方案》要求,抽取郴州市全部11个县(市、区),每县按东、西、南、北、中各抽取1个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取40名8~10岁非寄宿学生,采集尿样和家中食用盐。分别采用直接滴定法和砷铈催化分光光度法测定盐碘和尿碘含量。结果 2018-2019年郴州市共监测8~10岁儿童食用盐4 400份,合格碘盐覆盖率为96.30%(4 237/4 400),达到碘缺乏病消除标准。共检测4 400份8~10岁儿童尿样,尿碘含量中位数为232.05μg/L,各县(市、区)8~10儿童尿碘含量比较差异有统计学意义(H=453.89,P<0.001),男、女儿童尿碘含量比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.70,P<0.001),8岁、9岁和10岁年龄组儿童尿碘含量比较差异无统计学意义(H=0.84,P>0.05)。结论郴州市8~10岁儿童碘营养水平总体处于适宜水平,但仍需持续加强碘缺乏病监测和健康教育。Objective To master the iodine nutrition level of 8-10 years old children in Chenzhou in time and accurately,so as to provide scientific basis for the precise prevention and control of IDD.Methods From 2018 to 2019,according to the requirements of the iodine deficiency disease monitoring program of Hunan Province,total of 11 counties(cities,districts) were selected.One township was selected by east,west,south,north and middle in each county.Forty non boarding students aged 8 to 10 were collected from each primary school in each township,and their urine samples and household salt were taken.The content of iodine in salt samples and urine samples were detected by the method of direct titration and as-ce catalytic spectrophotometry,respectively.Results Total of 4 400 salt samples were detected from 2018 to 2019 and the qualified iodized salt coverage rate was 96.30%(4 237/4 400),which achieved the standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.Total of 4 400 urine samples of children aged 8 to 10 were detected and the median iodized content was 232.05 μg/L.There were variations of urine iodized content on children aged 8 to 10 among each county(H=453.89,P<0.001).There was significant difference in urinary iodine content between boys and girls(Z=-3.70,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in urinary iodine content among 8,9 and 10 years old children(H=0.84,P>0.05).Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of 8-10-year-old children in Chenzhou City is in an appropriate level,but the monitoring and health education of IDD still need to be strengthened.
