摘 要:目的对碘盐测定方法进行探讨。方法用直接滴定法和氧化还原滴定法测定超市出售的盐以及在氧化还原滴定法(仲裁法)中采用不同的取样方法和使用不同含量的有效氯对超市出售的盐的碘含量进行测定。结果碘盐中虽然同样加入碘酸钾,但用规定的方法测定结果有差异;一些地方的盐取样方式一样,但测定结果差异明显。结论方法中选用含量为1.5%的有效氯对碘含量为20.0 mg/kg、40.0 mg/kg的加标样品进行测定,测定结果重复性好、准确度高。Objective To study the determination method of iodized salt.Methods Direct titration method and REDOX titration method were used to determine the salt sold in supermarkets.In the REDOX titration method(arbitration method),different sampling methods and different contents of available chlorine were used to determine the iodine content of salt sold in supermarkets.Results Although potassium iodate was added to the iodized salt,the determination results were different with the prescribed method.In some places,the method of salt sampling is the same.Conclusion The effective chlorine content of 1.5% was used to determine the iodine content of 20.0 mg/kg and 40.0 mg/kg in the standard samples.The results showed good repeatability and high accuracy.
