摘 要:为了提高体力作业安排的合理性,平衡员工健康与企业生产之间的关系,降低体力作业者的工作负荷风险,从企业与员工两个角度构建了考虑生产量与员工负荷离散程度的排班模型。将模型的约束模块化,构建了6类约束模块,提高了模型的适用性与应用性。对人因姿势评价工具进行改进,提高评价指标结果的准确性。通过案例分析,考虑人因的模块化排班模型不仅保证了企业的生产要求而且可以均衡员工的负荷,改善了员工的健康水平,因此证明了模型的有效性。In order to improve the rationality of physical work arrangement,balance the relationship between employee health and enterprise production and reduce the risk of workload for physical workers,a job rotation model considering the demand of production and the discrete degree of total works′workload was constructed.The constraints of the model were modularized and six combination constraints modules are constructed to improve the applicability and usability of the model.At the same time,the human factor assessment tool has been improved to increase the accuracy of the evaluation results.Through a case study,the modular job rotation model considering human factors not only ensured the production requirements of enterprises,but also balanced the workload and improves the health level of workers,so it proved the validity of the model.
