摘 要:空压机的无油化是一种必然的趋势,而制造微小型无油空压机的难点在于曲轴和活塞销的无油结构设计,针对此问题,有学者设计了一种用于无油空压机的可拆装的组合式曲轴,此类曲轴在工作受力状态下的的强度、挠度和抗扭转变形性能与其结构尺寸的关系确定,是这种曲轴投入工程应用的首要问题。本文通过理论计算得出了载荷作用下,曲轴上的外力和关键截面上的内力的解析解,对不同结构参数和载荷的曲轴进行有限元计算,分析了各参数对曲轴形变的影响,为后续相关工程应用提供理论依据。It’s an inevitable trend for air compressors to be oil-free, and the difficulty of manufacturing small oil-free air compressors is the design of oil-free structure of crankshaft and piston pin. Some researchers designed a kind of detachable assembled crankshaft used for oil-free air compressors, and the relationship between the strength, deflection and torsional deformation resistance of such crankshafts under working stress and their structural dimensions is the primary problem in the engineering application of this crankshaft. In this paper,force reaction and internal stress on the key section were calculated, finite element calculations were performed on crankshafts with different structural parameters and loads, and the influence of each parameter on the deformation of the crankshaft was analyzed. It has provided theoretical basis for the further relavant engineering application.
