摘　　要：填料是往复压缩机的重要密封元件,简要介绍了填料的工作原理和放空系统流程,分析了填料放空系统的设计和安装技术要求,研究了填料放空系统的监测方案,可有效地监测填料的使用状况,保障设备安全持续运行,减少非计划停机和泄漏气体排放。Packing is an important sealing element of reciprocating compressor. This paper briefly introduced the working principle and vent system of packing, analyzed the design and installation technical requirements of packing venting system, and studied the monitoring scheme of packing venting system, which can effectively monitor the use of packing, ensure the safe and continuous operation of equipment, and reduce unscheduled outages and gas vent.
