摘　　要：法治是人类文明发展至今最有效的能够使国家长治久安的办法和制度。国家治理体系和治理能力现代化要以法治为前提和保障。通过对“法治”及“法治思维和法治方式”的科学涵义及其相互关联进行辨识,指出要从知与行的辩证统一中认识“法治”“法治思维和法治方式”的发展规律。The rule of law is the most effective method and system in the development of human civilization by now,which can ensure lasting stability in a country.The modernization of the country’s governance system and capacity should be based on the rule of law.The purpose of this paper is to identify the scientific meaning and interrelation of the rule of law and the thinking and way of the rule of law,to understand the development law and the thinking and way of the rule of law from the dialectical unity of knowledge and action.The people’s awareness of the rule of law and raise the spirit of the rule of law will can be raised.
