摘 要:介绍了双氧水装置氧化尾气处理系统包括预处理装置、碳纤维吸附处理装置和活性炭吸附处理装置的工艺流程和运行情况,对比分析碳纤维吸附处理装置和活性炭吸附处理装置的优缺点,针对尾气处理装置运行中出现的问题,实施生产控制优化和设备改造等措施,并提出纯氧氧化工艺设想。结果表明:碳纤维吸附处理装置操作简单、运行成本较低、投资较小,其处理效果与活性炭吸附处理装置的相差不大,更适合用于双氧水装置氧化尾气处理;通过控制生产工艺参数、增加过滤器除沫器、优化工艺流程等措施,提升了尾气处理装置运行稳定性和排放出口气体的合格率,出口尾气合格率达100%,碳纤维吸附处理装置出口尾气有机气体含量低于30 mg/m 3,活性炭吸附装置出口尾气有机气体含量低于20 mg/m 3;在空分装置能够提供足够纯氧的条件下,双氧水装置氧化单元采用纯氧氧化工艺具有可行性。The process flow and operation of pretreatment unit,carbon fiber adsorption treatment unit and activated carbon adsorption treatment unit of oxidation tail gas treatment system of hydrogen peroxide plant were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of carbon fiber adsorption treatment unit and activated carbon adsorption treatment unit were compared and analyzed.A solution to the problems in the operation of tail gas treatment unit was performed,such as production control optimization and equipment transformation,and the pure oxygen oxidation process design was proposed.The results showed that the carbon fiber adsorption treatment unit had the advantages of simple operation and low operation cost and investment and provided the treatment effect similar to that of activated carbon adsorption treatment unit,so it was more suitable for oxidation tail gas treatment of hydrogen peroxide plant;the operation stability of tail gas treatment unit and the qualified rate of discharge outlet gas were improved by controlling the production process parameters,adding filter demister,optimizing the technological process,the qualified rate of outlet tail gas was up to 100%,and the organic gas content of outlet tail gas was less than 30 mg/m 3 for carbon fiber adsorption unit and less than 20 mg/m 3 for activated carbon adsorption unit;and it was feasible to adopt pure oxygen oxidation process in the oxidation unit of hydrogen peroxide plant under the condition that the air separation unit can provide enough pure oxygen.
