枣仁安神胶囊联合常规西药治疗冠心病伴焦虑抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨枣仁安神胶囊联合常规西药治疗冠心病(coronary artery heart disease,CHD)伴焦虑抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年5月江苏大学附属句容市人民医院收治的CHD伴焦虑抑郁患者103例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组51例(给予常规西药治疗)和研究组52例(给予枣仁安神胶囊+常规西药治疗)。观察两组患者CHD、抑郁及焦虑疗效,中医证候评分、神经递质相关指标[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血浆神经肽(NPY)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者CHD总有效率为92.31%(48/52),明显高于对照组的78.43%(40/51);研究组患者抑郁总有效率为92.31%(48/52),明显高于对照组的76.47%(39/51);研究组患者焦虑总有效率为90.38%(47/52),明显高于对照组的74.51%(38/51),上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者中医证候评分明显低于对照组,5-HT、NPY水平明显高于对照组,NE、MPO水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组患者不良反应发生率为7.69%(4/52),明显低于对照组的25.49%(13/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枣仁安神胶囊联合常规西药治疗CHD伴焦虑抑郁的临床疗效较佳,可改善患者焦虑抑郁症状,降低中医证候评分,且不良反应较少,安全性高。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary artery heart disease(CHD)complicated with anxiety-depression.METHODS:103 patients with CHD complicated with anxiety-depression admitted into Affiliated Jurong People’s Hospital of Jiangsu University from Aug.2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group(51 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and research group(52 cases,given Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with conventional western medicine)via random number table.Efficacy of CHD,depression and anxiety,scores of TCM syndrome,levels of neurotransmitter-related indicators[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),plasma neuropeptide(NPY),norepinephrine(NE)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)]and incidences of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate of CHD of research group was 92.31%(48/52),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.43%,40/51);the total effective rate of depression of research group was 92.31%(48/52),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.47%,39/51);the total effective rate of anxiety of research group was 90.38%(47/52),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.51%,38/51),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the 5-HT and NPY levels of research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the NE and MPO levels of research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions of research group was 7.69%(4/52),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.49%,13/51),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the tr
