摘　　要：外阴上皮非瘤样病变是一组女性外阴皮肤和黏膜组织发生色素改变和变性的常见慢性疾病,目前病因尚不明确,主要认为与免疫、遗传、内分泌、代谢、氧化、局部刺激、感染以及微量元素缺乏等有关。该病病程长,易反复,发病时患处瘙痒难忍,给患者带来了极大痛苦和不便。临床上有多种治疗方法,本文分别从药物治疗和物理治疗对该病的治疗研究进展进行综述。Non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva is a common female chronic disease with pigment changes and denaturation in the skin and mucosal tissues of vulva.Currently,the etiology has not been fully elucidated,and is mainly believed to be related to immunity,heredity,endocrinology,metabolism,oxidation,local irritation,infection and microelement deficiency.The disease has long course with recurrent attacks and unbearable itch,leading to great pain and inconvenience to patients.Multiple treatment methods are available in clinic and can be generally divided into medical therapy and physical therapy.This article reviews the treatment strategy of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.
