摘 要:近年来,我国的施工企业在"一带一路"沿线国家承揽了较多码头工程,但因对国外规范了解不深入,给施工开展带来很大困扰。以中国码头施工规范和欧洲挤土桩规范EN 12699为例,比较中国和欧洲两套现行规范在码头打入桩沉桩施工中部分条款之差异,主要结果有:1)欧洲规范原则性条文更多,中国规范则有比较细致的定量指标;2)中国规范很多内容在欧洲规范中属于应由设计方考虑的内容;3)欧洲规范对打桩监控、试验、记录有系统的规定,而中国规范仅突出记录。比较结果对于我国施工企业开展国外码头建设有所裨益。Chinese construction enterprises have undertaken many wharf projects along "the Belt and Road"countries in recent years. However,the lack of in-depth understanding of foreign codes brings great trouble for the construction. Taking the construction code for wharf structures of China and the execution code for displacement piles of Europe as an example,we compare the differences between the two codes. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) there are more principles in European code,while there are more detailed quantitative indicators in Chinese code;2) many contents in the Chinese specification shall be considered by the designer in the European specification;3) the European code has systematic rules on piling monitoring,testing and recording,while the Chinese code only highlights records. It is beneficial to Chinese construction enterprises to carry out foreign wharf projects.
