摘　　要：针对pH>12的高碱尾矿回水直接回用对锌浮选指标的影响,通过在选锌前的矿浆中添加强酸弱碱盐——聚合硫酸铁,降低并控制选锌作业pH值约为11,提高了闪锌矿的可浮性和上浮速率,同时优化了药剂方案,提高了锌精矿质量和回收率,经济效益显著,实现了提质增效的目的。In view of the influence of the direct reuse of the backwater from the high alkaline tailings with pH>12 on the flotation indexes of zinc,the pH value of the zinc separation operation was reduced and controlled by adding the strong acid weak alkali salt-polymerized ferric sulfate to the pulp before zinc concentration,which was about 11.The floatability and flotation rate of blende are improved,the reagent scheme is optimized,the quality and recovery rate of zinc concentrate are improved,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
