摘 要:采用水热裂解脱硫技术脱除减压渣油中的噻吩硫,对比了分散型催化剂与油溶性催化剂的催化脱硫性能,考察了水热裂解脱硫的工艺条件,采用元素分析、飞行时间质谱和GC-MS等分析手段对水热裂解产物进行了分析,并初步探讨了噻吩类硫化物的脱硫机理。实验结果表明,水热裂解脱硫的最佳工艺条件为:环烷酸锰为催化剂、反应温度360℃、油水质量比为7∶3、反应时间48 h,在此条件下渣油脱硫率为54.04%。表征结果显示,水热裂解后渣油的平均相对分子质量降低约50%,水热裂解的油样在经焦化后硫含量低于3%(w)。In order to remove thiophene sulfides within vacuum residues,hydrothermal cracking desulfurization was employed in this work.The catalytic desulfurization capabilities of the dispersed catalyst and the oil-soluble catalyst were compared,and the process conditions of hydrothermal cracking desulfurization were investigated.The hydrothermal cracking products were analyzed by elemental analysis,time-of-flight mass spectrometry,and GC-MS,and the desulfurization mechanism of thiophene sulfides was also discussed.The result shows that with manganese naphthenate as the catalyst,under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 360℃,oil/water mass ratio 7∶3 and reaction time of 48 h,the desulfurization rate of vacuum residual can reach 54.04%,the average molecular weight of the oil sample can be reduced by 50%,and the sulfur content of the pyrolyzed oil sample after coking is less than 3%(w).
