在《皮肤性病学》教学中加强药剂学的经验体会

摘　　要：药剂学虽是药学专业课,但其原理及应用已渗透进临床医学的方方面面。目前,各临床学科普遍缺乏对药剂学的重视,学生的药剂学理论基础亦非常薄弱,不利于临床学习。因此,我教研室在《皮肤性病学》理论及临床教学中立足本学科特点,有意识地加强药剂学相关内容。在理论教学阶段,重点讲述常见剂型、制剂的概念、原理,适当兼顾中药药剂学,实现“临床-病理-药剂”的有机结合;在临床教学阶段,加入治疗室见习,加强床旁见习,展示药剂学理论在本学科的实际应用,并适当开展皮肤性病学与药剂学相结合的科研。通过这些措施,帮助学生完整、深刻地理解《皮肤性病学》教材内容,加深对皮肤性病治疗、用药的认识,取得了良好的教学效果。Although pharmaceutics is a specialized course in pharmacy,its principles and applications have been involved into all aspects of clinical medicine.Currently,various clinical disciplines generally lack the emphasis on pharmaceutics,and students′theoretical basis of pharmaceutics is also very poor,which is not conducive to clinical learning.Therefore,in the theory and clinical teaching of Dermatovenerology,our teaching and research section consciously strengthens the content of pharmaceutics based on the characteristics of this subject.In the theoretical teaching stage,the concept and principle of common dosage forms and preparations are mainly introduced,and the pharmaceutics of traditional Chinese medicine is properly considered to realize the organic combination of“clinical-pathological-pharmaceutical”process.In the clinical teaching stage,treatment room noviciate is added,bedside noviciate should be strengthened,practical application of pharmaceutics theory in this subject should be displayed,and conduct some academic research on the combination of dermatovenerology and pharmaceutics.Through these measures,which helps students to understand the content of Dermatovenerology completely and deeply,and deepen the cognition on the treatment and medication of skin and sexually transmitted diseases,which achieved favorable teaching efficiency.
