舒芬太尼联合七氟烷麻醉在子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼联合七氟烷麻醉在子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年11月至2019年1月收治的80例行子宫肌瘤切除术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予七氟烷麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒芬太尼麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉效果、苏醒指标、应激反应及胃肠动力变化。结果观察组麻醉效果优于对照组,术后意识清醒、自主呼吸、肠鸣音恢复及肛门初次排气时间均早于对照组,观察组T1、T2阶段,SBP、HR水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组DBP、SpO2水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论在子宫肌瘤切除术中使用舒芬太尼联合七氟烷麻醉,能够促进麻醉效果提升,加快术后身体机能恢复,对血流动力学及胃肠功能改变较小,安全性较高,利于预后,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the application effect of sufentanil combined with sevoflurane anesthesia in patients with resection for myoma of uterus.Methods 80 cases of patients with resection for myoma of uterus in the hospital from November 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.Control group was given sevoflurane anesthesia,while observation group was given sufentanil anesthesia based on control group.The anesthesia effect,awakening indexes,stress response and gastrointestinal motility were compared between two groups.Results The anesthesia effect of observation group was better than that of control group,the time of postoperative recovery of consciousness,spontaneous breath,bowel sound recovery,first anal exhaust in observation group was earlier than that in control group,the levels of SBP and HR in observation group at T1 and T2 phase were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of DBP and SpO2 between two groups.Conclusion Sufentanil combined with sevoflurane anesthesia in resection for myoma of uterus can increase anesthesia effect,accelerate postoperative recovery,has less changes of hemodynamics and gastrointestinal function,promote prognosis and has higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
